Jobs Requirements
· Bachelor's degree holder under 35 years old.
· Understanding of the process of logistic solutions or shipping lines.
· Certificate or diploma in related field preferred.
· Minimum of 2 year of working experience in customer service.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
· Strong Unicode typing skills.
· Excellent communication and cooperation abilities.
Jobs Description
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
· Coordinate with the Finance department to request and coolect advance payments for daily operation staff.
· Liaise with the respective shipping lines when starting a shipment.
· Prepare and provide necessary support from the office for the port worker's operational tasks.
· Maintain regular contact with customers and operation for any updates or changes.
· Input data Sys Freight for invoicing and maintain Job P&L sheet.
· Prepare weekly and monthly job reports and report to the manager.
