Position               : Cashier & Admin (F -1Post)

                                   

Job Summary:

The Cashier and Admin position plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and providing administrative support. This role involves handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Cashier Duties:

v Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

v Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

v Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

v Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.

Admin Responsibilities:

v Assist in general office administrative tasks.

v Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary.

v Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace.

v Support data entry and record-keeping tasks.

 

Qualification And Experience:

v Possession of LCCI II or III or B-Com, or related Diploma/Certificate.

v Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.

v Basic knowledge of accounting, computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

v Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

v Demonstrates a positive attitude, good personality, honesty, integrity, and maintains

good personal grooming.

v Capable of working accurately under pressure.

v Eagerness to learn about the latest technology and Finance & Accounting practices.
