Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Ø  Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.

Ø  Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.

Ø  Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the Operation team.

Ø  Share booking confirmations with Customer Service through internal folders in Excel format.

Ø  Track and trace shipments from origin to delivery, resolving customer and operational issues.

Ø  Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.

Ø  Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department using Excel.

Ø  Conduct daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department.

Ø  Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Qualification And Experience:

Ø  University graduate with a related field of study.

Ø  Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or

Shipping coordination.

Ø  Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Ø  Fast learner with a passion for sales.

Ø  Strong negotiation and sales skills.

Ø  Willingness to travel as required by job responsibilities.

Ø  Preferable experience in logistics at the border.
