Position               : Business Development Manager (M - 1 Post)

Requirements:

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Ø  5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Ø  Fluency in English, proficient in all four skills.

Ø  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ø  Ability to thrive independently, proactive, and adept at handling uncertainty.

Ø  Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.

Ø  Capability to foster and maintain robust client relationships and establish industry partnerships.

Ø  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ø  Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Descriptions:

Ø  Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings.

Ø  Strategizing and overseeing innovative marketing initiatives.

Ø  Researching organizations and individuals to explore new opportunities.

Ø  Identifying and cultivating new markets to enhance sales.

Ø  Setting objectives for team development and business expansion, ensuring their achievement.

Ø  Tracking revenue streams and identifying avenues for enhanced profitability.

Ø  Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Management to synchronize strategies for revenue growth.

Ø  Analyzing potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions and providing guidance.

Ø  Evaluating and enhancing existing products and services based on consumer and competitor insights.
