Position               : Marketing Executive (M/F -2 Post)

Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketer with a passion for the shipping industry? We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team and promote our sea freight services. As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

ü  Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our sea freight services.

ü  Conduct market research to identify target audience, competition, and industry trends.

ü  Generate leads through effective market research, networking, and collaboration with sales teams.

ü  Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide customized solutions.

ü  Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sea freight service deals.

ü  Effectively communicate the benefits of our sea freight services and negotiate contracts with clients.

ü  Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

ü  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

ü  Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

ü  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

ü  Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.

ü  Strong understanding of strategic marketing principles and techniques.

ü  Solid knowledge of market research and lead generation strategies.

ü  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

ü  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

ü  Analytical mindset and ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

ü  Strong organizational and time management skills.

ü  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.

ü  Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

ü  Self-motivated and results-oriented.
