Position               : Chinese Translator (M/F - 1 Post)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Chinese Translator who will be responsible for translating written documents and verbal communications, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance in all translations. The ideal candidate must possess strong language skills, cultural sensitivity, and effective communication abilities to excel in this role.

Requirements:

Ø  Bachelor's degree or higher

Ø  Age between 21 to 35

Ø  Minimum of two years' experience as a Chinese translator

Ø  Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese language

Ø  Familiarity with MS Office and email communication

Ø  Preferably with a background in the garment industry

Ø  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ø  Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ø  Self-motivated with strong work ethics

Job Description:

Ø  Translate text, voice, and documents between Chinese and Myanmar languages

Ø  Provide quick and clear interpretation services between Myanmar and Mandarin (Chinese)

Ø  Ensure translations meet the needs of internal team members and clients

Ø  Handle and resolve complaints from suppliers and customers

Ø  Facilitate effective communication between Chinese suppliers and the Echo Team

Ø  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers and record their activities

Ø  Utilize specialized dictionaries and translation tools to ensure translation quality

Ø  Support general office work related to confidential documents

Ø  Work under pressure with deadlines, coordinating with various departments and participating in translation or interpretation projects as needed

Ø  Willingness to visit factories as arranged by the company.
