Job Responsibilities

  v  Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  v  Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.

  v  Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.

  v  Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the operation team.

  v  Share booking confirmations with Customer Service through internal folders in Excel format.

  v  Track and trace shipments from origin to delivery, resolving customer and operational issues.

  v  Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.

  v  Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department using Excel.

  v  Conduct daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department.

  v  Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Job Requirement

  v  University graduate with a related field of study.

  v  Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping coordination.

  v  Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

  v  Fast learner with a passion for sales.

  v  Strong negotiation and sales skills.

  v  Willingness to travel as required by job responsibilities.

  v    Preferable experience in logistics.
