Job Description:    

v  Plan and organize daily meal menus

v  Manage overall cost and budgeting

v  Handle Procurement and inventory of food supplies

v  Ensure Expense tracking and account accuracy

v  Must be detail -oriented and organized

v  Oversee canteen hygiene, cleanliness, and general operations

v  Supervise kitchen helpers and ensure proper behavior and discipline

v  Track kitchen inventory and make timely purchase orders

Job Requirement:

  v Minium 2 Years of experience in canteen or food service management

  v Prefer Candidates with interest or knowledge  in accounting 

  v Good communication and collaboration skills with customers and team

  v Good understanding of food safety , hygiene ,nutrition standards.

  v Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  v Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team

  v Responsible ,Proactive ,and solution -oriented.
