Requirement:
v Bachelor's degree holder under 35 years old.
v Understanding of the process of logistic solutions or shipping lines.
v Certificate or diploma in related field preferred.
v Minimum of 1 year of working experience in customer service.
v Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
v Strong Unicode typing skills.
v Excellent communication and cooperation abilities.
Job Description:
v Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
v Understand and effectively communicate information regarding logistic solutions and shipping processes.
v Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry, documentation, and correspondence.
v Demonstrate efficient Unicode typing skills for accurate and timely responses.
v Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
v Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
v Ensure accurate recording and tracking of customer interactions and feedback.
