Key Responsibilities:

 

HR:

§  Utilize and monitor HR software for efficient HR processes.

§  Handle Compensation & Benefits processes, including SSB and Income Tax.

§  Manage interview processes and obtain Management approvals.

§  Oversee transfer, promotion, termination, and separation processes.

§  Generate monthly and yearly HR reports.

§  Monitor HR budget and participate in meeting reviews.

§  Ensure compliance with HR policies and facilitate training processes.

Admin:

§  Manage office supplies, procurement, and stock.

§  Organize an effective filing system for important documents.

§  Handle administrative expenses, payments, and contractual matters.

§  Ensure the smooth daily operation of administrative activities.

 

Qualification And Experience:

§  Bachelor's degree and HR/Admin Diploma or related certification.

§  Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment.

§  Proficiency in computer skills, Excel, Internet & E-mail.

§  Strong report writing skills; familiarity with HR/Admin Software.

§  Ability to handle multitasking and solve problems positively.

§  Willingness to learn, adapt in a dynamic environment and work under pressure.
